A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Your appointment is not officially reserved until the deposit has been received.
We ask that vehicles be present and accessible at your scheduled time. Delays of more than 15 minutes without notice may result in rescheduling and loss of deposit.
📌 2. Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $20–$50 (based on package) is required at booking.
The deposit is applied toward your total.
Deposits protect appointment time and prevent last-minute cancellations.
If you reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment.
📌 3. Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Life happens — we understand.
To avoid fees, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.
📌 4. Weather Policy (Important)
We are a mobile service and weather-dependent. In the event of:

Snow or extreme cold

Unsafe conditions
We may need to reschedule your detail. If the weather forces a change, your deposit is fully transferable to a new date.
📌 5. Vehicle Condition Disclosure
We ask that all personal belongings be removed before service. We are not responsible for lost items.
If your vehicle requires additional labor due to excessive dirt, mud, pet hair, vomit, mold, or hazardous material, an additional fee may apply.
📌 6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every detail. If you see anything within 24 hours, let us know — we’ll make it right.
Photos of completed work are taken for quality verification and may be used for marketing unless requested otherwise.
📌 7. Service Area Policy
Our mobile radius covers [enter your mile radius — e.g., 25 miles from Champaign-Urbana].
Travel outside this area may incur a fee depending on distance.
📌 8. Time Window Policy
Arrival times may vary 30 minutes before or after scheduled slot due to travel, traffic, or previous jobs.
You will receive an "On the Way" text automatically before arrival.

📌 10. Damage Liability Policy
We take extreme care with every vehicle.
However, Neal’s Auto Detailing is not liable for prior damage, loose components, failing clear coat, rust, or aftermarket electrical issues that may occur during deep cleaning.
